today I had to cancel a trip to the Harry Potter world in London, due to my mom’s medical emergency. To exchange the tickets for another day would easily cost a change fee, as I have experienced that much this week with numerous other companies. But it was waived! Not a large feat, but each small act of kindness by a salesperson is deeply appreciated.  We don’t always recognize how small acts can impact is largely.

Ps we did end up visiting Harry Potter the next day and it was muggle amazing !
