today I had to cancel a trip to the Harry Potter world in London, due to my mom’s medical emergency. To exchange the tickets for another day would easily cost a change fee, as I have experienced that much this week with numerous other companies. But it was waived! Not a large feat, but each small act of kindness by a salesperson is deeply appreciated. ¬†We don’t always recognize how small acts can impact is largely.

Ps we did end up visiting Harry Potter the next day and it was muggle amazing !
