I watched this amazing documentary this weekend, if these kids can find commonality in dance, think of the possibilities.

It’s sad that we don’t find out about the small things humans do until they are gone. What would happen if we focused on the good instead of the bad ?

Christmas jumpers

I love Christmas jumpers. In America we have ugly Christmas sweater parties , but here in the uk these sweaters are cherished . You can’t help but smile when you see them. Although I am officially going to miss national Xmas jumper day next Friday , if you are in the uk wear one. It’s for a good cause , children in need. Costa also is promoting this, I couldn’t help but buy this book. Wear your jumper and catch a stranger’a smile:)
Inner Mission

Last week, I went to see Jason Mraz in concert here in Cambridge UK. I’ve seen him in massive venues in Los Angeles, so to see him in such an intimate place was amazing. It made me miss the laid back life style of the California sun or Hawaiian beaches. One thing that was so inspirational about Jason Mraz is his positivity. Living life with gratitude, sharing joy with others, and looking at how we can make a dent in the world with our friends and how we live our lives. He made jokes on how positive he is, as others can’t believe it, but it does take work. Surprisingly I could completely relate to him, and try to live my life each day with gratitude, service to others, and the realization you can attain all that you want in your life if you live by those principles. His intermission for his concert was transformed to “inner mission.” What’s yours?
Starbucks pilgrimage

For some reason I find this inspirational. We all want to make an impact in this world, be known for something nobody else has done or will ever do. This man has made it his mission to visit every Starbucks in the world. He’s been working on it for 17 years. What’s your Starbucks?
Generosity of coworkers and strangers

Generally in America , we get two weeks of vacation over year and perhaps one week vacation for most jobs. I know in other countries where sick days are unlimited this seems absurd, but this is our reality. So this story is quite moving…

The beauty of books…

Somewhere in Paris, there exists a bookstore which appears to be the most inspirational bookstore I ever visited: shakespeare books. It was featured in before sunset, but one cannot fathom the beauty and creativity it offers…hiding places, old books that surround you, beds which authors can sleep in, piano people randomly play, and a typewriter that looks out on notre dame. To inspire the soul within is contagious. Visit, and share the remnants of inspiration with others
